FAQ

What is the dress code?

We invite you to wear cocktail to semi-formal attire. This means suits with jackets and button down tops, long to mid length dresses, and/or dressy separates. You'll likely feel underdressed in jeans and overdressed in a tuxedo.

If you are still unsure, you are welcome to visit this article about dress codes.

Our event is inspired by the colors of spring florals. If this suits your style, please feel welcome to wear bright and vibrant colors or floral patterns.

What type of food will be served?

Brasa is catering our event. Enjoy light refreshments during cocktail hour and a buffet of options to please any palate during the reception. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and kid-friendly dishes will be available.

What is the parking situation?

The Lowlands has a small parking lot, but space is limited. We encourage you to carpool, use rideshare and taxi services, or take a hotel shuttle.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will both take place indoors at the Lowlands. A complimentary coat check is available if Minnesota weather requires you come in layers.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is gift enough! But if you feel so inspired, we are registered at Zola. View registry here.

What health and safety measures will be in place?

We strongly encourage guests to be fully vaccinated prior to the event in consideration of others, but we respect medical privacy.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

After our unplugged ceremony, you may take as many photos as you like! In fact, we will even provide a number of disposable cameras for you to capture your experience. Please do be considerate of our photographers—if you see them inspired by a moment, please let them get the shot and do not fire a flash.

What is an unplugged ceremony?

As we tie the knot, please be our guest. We will kindly request that all phones, cameras, and personal devices be tucked away and turned to silent mode.
